• The Gallery: Creative Vision (hereinafter referred to as “The Gallery”, “We”, “Us”) is located in New Delhi, India, and founded by Ruchira S.K. Hazra.

• Services: We specialize in the exhibition and sale of contemporary and traditional art forms.

• Authenticity: We guarantee that all artworks sold are authentic and original works of the artist stated. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be provided with original purchases where applicable.

• Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and details of the artwork as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays and lighting, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on a screen will exactly match the physical artwork.

• Availability: All artworks are subject to availability. If an item is sold out or unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount.

• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Relevant taxes will be calculated at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept [Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque]. Full payment must be received before the artwork is shipped or collected.

• Coverage: We ship domestically across India and [internationally/globally].

• Insurance: All artworks are insured during transit. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Original Art: Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damaged Goods: If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify Creative Vision within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for an assessment and, if applicable, a repair or refund.

• Ownership: When you purchase an original artwork, you own the physical object. You do not own the copyright to the image.

• Artist Rights: The artist (Ruchira S.K. Hazra or represented artists) retains all rights to the reproduction of the image. You may not reproduce, print, or use the image for commercial purposes without express written permission from the artist and Creative Vision.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
